Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for its Houston office.  Responsibilities include:  understanding a division order, splitting-out owner interests, balancing a division order, address changes, basic knowledge of property deeds, and answering taxpayer inquiries.  Prior office experience required.  Applicant must be able to work well within a team toward the accomplishment of strict deadlines and company goals.  Strong math skills a must.  Applicant must also have excellent telephone manners.
