C# DEVELOPER

 

Job Summary

Pritchard & Abbott is seeking a full-time Senior .Net Developer to join our Appraisal & Tax Collection Software Development team. This individual will be joining the current development team that is in the process of transitioning the Real Estate and Tax Collections software to .Net with SQL server 2017. They will be responsible for rewriting the existing VB6 Collections software to C# while maintaining the Real Estate application in C#. The desired candidate must be willing to learn the Real Estate and Tax Collection business and use that knowledge in the development and maintenance of the software.

 

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related field. They also will possess a combination of the listed work experience and/or education relating to this position. The candidate will also possess a high level of initiative.


2+ years experience with .Net, understanding of methodologies, in-depth knowledge of MCV/MVVM framework

Experience in WPF
Extensive experience and knowledge working in Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2017
Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Tax a plus

HELP DESK DATA ANALYST

   

Seeking a Help Desk Data Analyst with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects at one time.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

·   RPA, RTA, CTA or a combination of work experience and/or education relating to this

     position. 

·   A high level of initiative and detail oriented.

  • You should possess effective communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to self-teach.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); (MS SQL Server 2012 would be a plus).
  • Knowledge with Pritchard & Abbott’s software is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

JOB DUTIES

  • Answer the Help Desk phones in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Provide Technical support to clients on both platforms of our software.
  • Enter the calls in our Help Desk tracking software, including detailed information.
  • Assist co-workers with yearly processes (Appraisal Notices, Certification, Taxroll, etc.)

LOCATION

Position is located in our Fort Worth, TX office.

INDUSTRIAL, UTILITY, PERSONAL PROPERTY (IUP) APPRAISER

 

Pritchard & Abbott, Inc. is currently accepting resumes for its Henderson office.
Responsibilities include inspection and appraisal of IUP for assigned counties and properties, rendition processing, conducting taxpayer hearings, and answering taxpayer inquiries.
College degree, 4 yrs. business experience, excellent communication skills, clean driving record, and MS Office required. Preferred qualifications include prior appraisal district experience, working toward a Registered Professional Appraiser designation, or currently a RPA.
Applicant must be able to work well within a team toward the accomplishment of strict deadlines and company goals. Some travel required.
Salary range will be contingent upon qualifications and commensurate with experience.
